Favored Stars - Conditions of participation


The customer loyalty program Favored Stars started on March 1st, 2016 and rewards your loyalty as a customer. For every € 1.00 you earn 1 Favored Star. For the Stars acquisition, the redemption of stars and the general performance of stars are some conditions that we have summarized here for you. Special regulations may also result from further program documents or general terms of use.
Eligible for participation are only individual natural persons, who have reached the age of 18 years. Stars credits are applied exclusively to the cardholder's sales. Credits for bookings from / by third party providers or invoices that are not paid immediately at the hotel are excluded.

Personal details and domicile information must be accurate and truthful and must be provided to an operator or co-publisher upon request.
There is no legal claim to admission to Favored Stars.

1. participation
Participation begins at the request of a customer with the opening of the personal star account. Only one account may be opened and managed per natural person.

2. Personal access
The participant receives a PIN / code for personal identification, eg. For example, when requesting rewards and querying the online account balance. He must ensure that no unauthorized third party is aware of the code to avoid abuse. If there is a suspicion of misuse of the code, the Favored Hotel Team must be notified immediately, using one of the numbers indicated in the Favored Stars communication media. 3. General
The stars may only be used for purposes expressly stated in the terms of participation, other program documentation or the communications media.

4. Transferability of the stars
The stars and the star account are not transferable to third parties. The sale, exchange, offering for auction or other passing on of stars to third parties is prohibited.
Also prohibited are the mediation of the purchase or sale of stars and the purchase of stars of participants or third parties and the unauthorized use of stars.

6. Collect general rules on stars
The Stars acquisition is possible from the start of participation. Stars can only be credited to their personal account for services used by the participant himself.

7. For each fully paid stay at Favored Hotel Domicil - Frankfurt a.M., Favored Hotel Scala - Frankfurt a.M., Favored Hotel Hansa Wiesbaden, since 01.01.2017 Favored Hotel Plaza - Frankfurt a.M. will be credited to the account of the participant Stars.

8. Credit procedure
Favored stars are automatically credited to the participant account only if the Favored Stars loyalty card is presented directly in the hotel when claiming the qualifying service for collecting stars.
Unregistered stars can be credited to the participant account within 6 months of claiming the service by presenting the Favored Stars customer card. In this case, an operator needs the complete documents.

9. Redeem the stars

9. a) General regulations
Each participant can redeem their award stars for rewards as soon as their star account has a corresponding credit balance. Prerequisite is an availability of the premiums and the required number of stars. Hotel vouchers are valid for 1 year after issue. Hotel vouchers can be redeemed at the homes on www.favored-hotels.com. A conversion and payment of the stars in cash is not possible.

Various premiums require advance booking periods (e.g., postal delivery times).

9. b) Availability and special conditions for bonuses
The availability of rewards may vary by date, season and destination. Individual rewards may not be available at certain times. Rewards can not be combined with certain benefits at reduced rates. An operator or co-editor has no direct influence on the availability and quality of the rewards provided by Favored Stars Affiliates.

The return or exchange of premiums is excluded.

10. Consequences of abuse
In the event of abuse by the participant, the operators or third parties authorized by the operators reserve the right to block or collect the award documents or to refuse to issue a premium or redemption.
The right to terminate and the right to assert further claims against the participant, including damages, remain unaffected.
Also in the event that the account in other cases of abuse or irregular behavior of the participant has a negative Stars stand.
The participant reserves the right in all cases to prove that no or less damage has occurred.

11. Decline of stars
If premium stars are not redeemed on the account for a premium within 36 months of the event, they will be forfeited at the end of the next quarter, unless otherwise stated. In the case of termination of the program by the operator premiums can be redeemed 6 months after announcement.


12. Termination
The participant can terminate the contractual relationship in writing at any time without observing a notice period.
Ordinary termination by an operator is possible without stating reasons only with four weeks notice.

13. Privacy

16. Modification of the program or conditions of participation

17. Law, Jurisdiction
It is exclusively German law. If the participant has no general jurisdiction in Germany, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Federal Republic of Germany.
